Title: Month-wise Best Student Award to encourage Healthy Competition among Students
Baneswar Sarathibala Mahavidyalaya is committed to equipping its students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s competitive world. To foster this vision, the college aimed to create an environment that encourages students to define their aspirations and actively engage in a culture of excellence. In a unanimous decision by the Teachers’ Council, it was resolved that a student appraisal system would be introduced to inspire and motivate students in their pursuit of success.
